Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, similar to what you would wear to the gym.
Sneakers are appropriate for most classes and your first class. However, please check the portal or with your teacher for class-specific attire.
Occasionally, TDP may need to cancel classes that are out of their control. If an appropriate time for a replacement class cannot be found, your account will be credited.
The St Peters studio offers off-street parking, and the Marden studio has parking located behind the studio with access via Broad Street.
The preferred form of contact is via the online portal. You can send a message to the TDP admin, and it will be answered within 24 hours. For anything of an urgent nature, please contact via phone at 0402 987 825.
You can record your absence on the day via the portal. If you are aware of your absence in advance, you can let your teacher know, and they will make a note.
Make-up classes are reserved for members only and must be organised within the week of the class missed. You can arrange them via the portal through the contact form.
Yes, there is a comfortable parents waiting room at The Dance Pad. It’s also a nice place to socialise with other parents.
No, you do not need to bring a dance partner to class. Salsa is considered a social dance, and you will rotate dance partners in class.
Classes are determined by age and level. If you are a new student, you can book a free trial to help determine the appropriate class for you.
